Warm Chicken Caesar Wraps
Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded or cut into strips
White rice, instant uncooked
Caesar salad dressing prepared
10 inch flour tortillas, warmed
Medium tomatoes, chopped
Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
Add water and bring to boil. Stir in rice. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes, Stir in salad dressing.
To serve: fill each tortilla with chicken and rice mixture, lettuce, tomatoes and croutons.
Fold bottom of tortilla over filling, then fold in sides and roll.
Serve with black beans and fresh fruit.
