Spicy Tenders Noodle Bowl
This spicy tenders noodle bowl recipe calls for chicken tenders, rice noodles, red bell peppers, fresh bean sprouts all tossed in a sweet chili and soy sauce.

4 | Chicken tenders, from the deli, Original or Hot & Spicy |

8 oz. | Rice noodles |
1 | Red Bell pepper, deseeded and sliced |
1 cup | Fresh bean sprouts |
3 Tbsp. | Sweet chili sauce |
1/4 cup | Soy sauce, light |
4 | Spring onions, sliced |
1/2 cup | Honey roasted peanuts roughly chopped |
1/2 cup | Fresh cilantro, roughly chopped |
Directions
Cook the rice noodles according to the package directions.
Place chicken tenders on baking tray and bake at 350° Fahrenheit for 8 - 10 minutes. Slice diagonally.
Drain the rice noodles and put into bowl.
Stir in bean sprouts.
Whisk the chilli sauce and soy sauce together, stir in noodles along with pepper and spring onions.
Divide into 4 bowls and top each with sliced chicken tenders.
Garnish with peanuts and cilantro. Serve immediately.
