Tuscan Chicken Bowl

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups | Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, deboned, chopped and warmed |

4 cups | Arugula |
1/4 cup | Italian dressing |
1 can | White beans |
1/2 cup | Roasted red peppers, diced |
1 | Avocado, diced |
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, toss the arugula and dressing together. Portion out the arugula into four bowls.
Garnish with equal parts chicken, white beans, red peppers and avocado. Serve while the chicken is warm.
