Thai Peanut Wings

These wings have just the right amount of spice!



Bone-in chicken wings, from the deli, warmed

1/2 cup

Peanut butter, chunky

1/2 cup

Coconut milk

2 tsp.

Soy sauce

1 tsp.

Lime juice


  1. In a microwave safe bowl, heat together the peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce and lime juice together for 30 seconds. Using a fork, stir the mixture to loosen up the thick peanut butter. Return the bowl to the microwave and heat for an additional 15 to 30 seconds. Once again stir with a fork until the sauce is fully combined.

  2. Toss the wings in the sauce and serve with chopped cilantro over the top if desired.
