Teriyaki Sauced Wing Kabobs
Teriyaki wings, from the deli
Skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Green bell peppers, large, diced
Salt and pepper
Assemble the meat skewers by adding as many wings on one skewer as possible. Assemble the vegetable skewers by alternating vegetables, adding as many vegetables to each individual skewer.
Brush the vegetable skewer with oil, then season with salt and pepper.
Grill the vegetable skewers over the hot part of the grill for 8-10 minutes a side, turning once. Grill the wing skewers 5 minutes on each side over the cooler side of the grill.
