Sweet Potato, Spinach, & Chicken Skillet

3 | Chicken tenders, from the deli, sliced |

1 1/2 cups | Butternut squash pasta sauce |
10 oz | Riced sweet potatoes and cauliflower |
5 oz | Baby spinach |
1/2 tsp | Salt |
Directions
Bring the sauce and riced vegetables in a large skillet to a simmer over medium heat. Once simmering, stir in the baby spinach and salt, and fold until the spinach is wilted.
Add the chicken tenders and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Serve warm.
