Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, chopped
Spinach & cheese tortellini
Butternut squash prepared soup
Riced cauliflower & broccoli
Following the manufacturer's directions, cook the tortellini.
While the tortellini is cooking, in a large sauce pot, bring the soup, chicken and riced veggies to a simmer. Continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
Drain the tortellini and toss into the sauce. Mix until coated, portion and serve. You can garnish with fresh parmesan cheese.
