Spinach Chicken Salad
Create this quick and easy salad recipe by combining rotisserie chicken, bacon, spinach, red peppers and dressing.

2 cups | Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded |

6 | Slices of bacon |
6 cups | Baby spinach leaves |
1 | Red bell pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup | Tarragon salad dressing |
Directions
In heavy pan, cook bacon until crisp. Drain bacon on paper towels.
Combine spinach, chicken, bell pepper, and bacon in large salad bowl.
Whisk 1 tablespoon warm bacon drippings into Tarragon dressing and drizzle half over salad. Or just serve the dressing as-is.
Toss gently and serve with remaining dressing.
