Frozen peas and carrots
In a wok, heat the oil over high heat. Add the peas and carrots when the oil begins to smoke and cook for 20 seconds, stirring constantly.
Add the rice and chicken and cook for three minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat, add the teriyaki sauce and mix until combined. Portion into desired bowls.
You can add 2-3 scrambled eggs to the mix as well and garnish with sesame seeds if you have them.
