Spicy Chicken Chop Salad

A chicken chop salad recipe with crisp garden vegetables and the surprise of hot and spicy boneless wings is sure to be a new mealtime favorite!



Boneless wings, from the deli, Buffalo or Original

1, 16 oz. bag

Baby mixed greens

1, 16 oz. bag

Broccoli slaw mix

1/2 head

Green cabbage, finely shredded


Red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 1/2 cups

Frozen corn kernels, thawed


Small onion, diced

1/4 cup

Cilantro, chopped


Salt to taste

1 cup

Ranch dressing, prepared

1/3 cup

Mild red enchilada sauce


Juice of 1 lime


  1. In a bowl combine the broccoli slaw, shredded cabbage, bell pepper, corn, onion, cilantro and salt.

  2. In a small bowl combine the ranch dressing, enchilada sauce, and lime juice.

  3. Pour dressing over slaw mixture and toss to thoroughly coat.

  4. To serve: place a handful of baby greens on each salad plate. Top with slaw mixture, then boneless wings. Serve immediately.
