Southwestern Snack Wrap

Hot and crispy home-style chicken tenders layered into a flour tortilla with chipotle mayo, crisp lettuce, tomato and spicy pepper shredded jack cheese. This Southwestern snack wrap recipe is sure to be a hit!



Chicken tenders, from deli, diced

2 tsp.

Taco seasoning

1/2 cup

Sour cream


Chipotle pepper in adobo, seeds removed


10 inch flour tortillas

1 cup

Iceberg lettuce, shredded

1 cup

Tomato, diced

1/2 cup

Pepper jack cheese, shredded


  1. Toss tenders and taco seasoning in a medium bowl until evenly coated. Set aside.

  2. Combine sour cream and chipotle pepper in a food processor. Blend until smooth.

  3. Spread 1 Tbsp. of chipotle sour cream in the center of each tortilla; evenly layer with lettuce and tomato.

  4. Place chicken and cheese on top. Fold the bottom of the tortilla snugly over the filling, and then fold in the left and right edges. Roll each tortilla up to the top edge, forming a tight cylinder.
