Skillet Sesame Chicken

A quick skillet sauté you toss with pasta for a main dish meal. Add sesame seeds to chicken tenders and you have a delicious recipe.



Chicken tenders, from the deli

1 Tbsp.

Olive oil

1 cup

Sweet red pepper, sliced

1/2 cup

Orange marmalade

2 Tbsp.

Soy sauce

1 tsp.

Minced fresh ginger

1 lb.

Linguini, cooked and drained

2 tsp.

Sesame seeds


  1. Cut each of the chicken tenders into three or four pieces and prepare pasta according to package directions.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a wok pan or a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced red peppers and cook for 2-4 minutes, or until they just begin to soften.

  3. Add the chicken, marmalade, soy sauce, and ginger, and cook, stirring frequently, until heated through.

  4. Prepare pasta according to package ingredients and toss together, and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Serve warm.
