Skillet Sesame Chicken
Chicken tenders, from the deli
Sweet red pepper, sliced
Minced fresh ginger
Linguini, cooked and drained
Cut each of the chicken tenders into three or four pieces and prepare pasta according to package directions.
Heat the olive oil in a wok pan or a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced red peppers and cook for 2-4 minutes, or until they just begin to soften.
Add the chicken, marmalade, soy sauce, and ginger, and cook, stirring frequently, until heated through.
Prepare pasta according to package ingredients and toss together, and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Serve warm.
