Rotisserie Chicken and Rice Soup
A bowl of warm and flavorful soup starring rotisserie chicken from your deli blended with rice, chicken broth and veggies.

1 cup | Carolina or Mahatma white rice, prepared according to package directions |
2, 14.5 oz. cans | Chicken broth |
1 package | Frozen carrots or mixed vegetables |
Add | Cheddar cheese, shredded (optional) |
Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Place chicken broth, carrots or mixed vegetables, and shredded rotisserie chicken in a pot and heat. Stir in rice.
Divide soup between bowls. Top with shredded cheese (optional) and serve.
