Rotisserie Chicken Pinwheels
Rotisserie chicken, bacon chive and onion cream cheese and roasted red peppers roll up to create this easy pinwheels recipe for your next gathering.

1 | Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, finely diced |

1, 2.1oz package | Cooked hickory bacon, crisp and crumbled |
16 oz. | Bacon and onion dressing, to taste |
8 | 10 inch flour or corn tortilla wraps |
1, 5.2 oz. | Chive-and-onion flavored cream cheese |
1, 12 oz. jar | Roasted red peppers, thinly sliced |
Directions
Spread room-temperature tortillas with cream cheese and top with red peppers, bacon, and diced rotisserie chicken.
Roll filled tortilla and slice into 1.5-inch thick pinwheels. Serve with bacon and onion dressing for dipping.
Tip: Make sure tortillas are room-temperature and not cold when filling and rolling. If tortilla is cold, it may tear. Use toothpicks to hold rolls together.
