Rotisserie Chicken Pinwheels

Rotisserie chicken, bacon chive and onion cream cheese and roasted red peppers roll up to create this easy pinwheels recipe for your next gathering.

Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, finely diced

1, 2.1oz package

Cooked hickory bacon, crisp and crumbled

16 oz.

Bacon and onion dressing, to taste

10 inch flour or corn tortilla wraps

1, 5.2 oz.

Chive-and-onion flavored cream cheese

1, 12 oz. jar

Roasted red peppers, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Spread room-temperature tortillas with cream cheese and top with red peppers, bacon, and diced rotisserie chicken.

  2. Roll filled tortilla and slice into 1.5-inch thick pinwheels. Serve with bacon and onion dressing for dipping.

  3. Tip: Make sure tortillas are room-temperature and not cold when filling and rolling. If tortilla is cold, it may tear. Use toothpicks to hold rolls together.
