Rotisserie Chicken Pinwheels
Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, finely diced
|1, 2.1oz package|
Cooked hickory bacon, crisp and crumbled
Bacon and onion dressing, to taste
10 inch flour or corn tortilla wraps
|1, 5.2 oz.|
Chive-and-onion flavored cream cheese
|1, 12 oz. jar|
Roasted red peppers, thinly sliced
Spread room-temperature tortillas with cream cheese and top with red peppers, bacon, and diced rotisserie chicken.
Roll filled tortilla and slice into 1.5-inch thick pinwheels. Serve with bacon and onion dressing for dipping.
Tip: Make sure tortillas are room-temperature and not cold when filling and rolling. If tortilla is cold, it may tear. Use toothpicks to hold rolls together.
