Ribs and Sweet Potatoes
You can't beat the classic combination of meat and potatoes.
Ribs, from the deli, meat pulled off the bone, warmed
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Wrap the sweet potatoes in foil. Bake on a baking sheet for 1 hour in the oven.
- In a small bowl, heat the butter, maple syrup, pecans and salt together until the butter melts, around 30 seconds. Reserve as the garnish.
- After the sweet potatoes are cooked, split with a knife down the center and portion the rib meat evenly between the four sweet potatoes. Spoon a portion of the buttery pecans over the rib meat. Serve and enjoy.
