Red Miso & Maple Wings
Bone-in chicken wings, from the deli, warmed
Red miso paste
Seasoned rice wine vinegar
In a microwave safe bowl, warm together the butter, miso paste, maple syrup, soy sauce and vinegar together until the butter is melted. Using a fork or whisk, blend until the sauce is smooth and the miso is dissolved into the liquid.
Toss the warm wings into the warmed sauce and serve. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
