Pulled Rib & Bleu Cheese Crisps

This savory rib dinner topped with a little crunch will really hit the spot.



Ribs, from the deli, meat pulled off the bone, warmed to temperature

12 to 14

Kettle potato chips

1 Tbsp.

Bleu cheese crumbles

1 Tbsp.

Red onion, minced

1 Tbsp.

Cilantro, whole leaves


  1. Assemble the chips by adding a small portion of the rib meat to each chip.

  2. Top the rib meat with a couple small crumbles of bleu cheese.

  3. Sprinkle a few tiny pieces of onion over the top and then garnish with a cilantro leaf.
