Pressure Cooker Chicken, Cheddar & Ale Dip
Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, deboned and chopped
American cheese, chopped
Beer, preferably a blond ale or brown ale
Green onions, sliced, with white and light green slices separated from darker green parts

Butter the bottom of the pressure cooker insert.
Combine all ingredients together into the pressure cooker, except the darker green parts of the green onion.
Follow the manufacturing instructions and cook on low pressure for five minutes.
While the cheese is cooking, heat the soft pretzels following the manufacturing instructions.
Once the cheese is cooked, release the pressure from the cooker and pour the cheese into a decorative bowl. Garnish the top with the dark green slices of green onion and serve with the warm soft pretzels.
