Popcorn Chicken & Riced Broccoli Skillet

Try this two-step skillet recipe for your next meal.


2 cups

Popcorn chicken, from the deli

2 cups

Riced broccoli or riced cauliflower (or mixed)

1 cup

Sliced bell peppers and onions, frozen

1 packet

Liquid packet taco skillet sauce

1/2 cup

Sour cream, as garnish


  1. In a large saute pan, add the chicken, riced broccoli, bell peppers/onions and skillet sauce together over medium high heat, stirring occasionally.

  2. Once the liquid begins to simmer, reduce the heat and continue to cook for 3 - 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Portion into four bowls and serve warm.
