Popcorn Chicken Taco Salad
Popcorn chicken, from the deli, warm
|8 cups or 5 oz.|
Mixed greens, packed
Tortilla chips, crushed
Black beans, drained
Mix together the salsa and ranch and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the mixed greens with the cheese, tortilla chips, black beans and popcorn chicken. Portion the salad in four bowls.
Sprinkle a quarter of the dressing per bowl over the salad. Garnish with guacamole and a wedge of lime.
