Pig Skins

Pig skins stuffed with succulent slices of rich ham, smoky-ranch dressing, crispy bacon, pepper jack cheese and green onions. The perfect recipe for football season.


1 lb.

Ham lunchmeat, from the deli, medium sliced


Golden potatoes, baked, halved, middle removed

1 cup

Pepper jack cheese, shredded


Fully cooked bacon strips, crisp, crumbled

1 cup

Chipotle ranch dressing, prepared

2 Tbsp.

Green onions, sliced


Salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Pre-heat grill on a low setting.

  2. Place the potato cups on a clean work surface. Evenly layer ham, cheese and bacon in each cup. Place on a grill, cover and cook 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted.

  3. Finish each cup with dressing and green onions.
