Pepperoni Salad
Easy to make and full of flavor, this salad recipe includes pepperoni, provolone cheese, celery, onion, green peppers, macaroni and tomatoes.

1 lb. | Pepperoni lunchmeat, from the deli, cubed |

1/2 lb. | Provolone cheese, cubed |
1/2 cup | Celery chopped |
1/2 cup | Onion chopped |
1/2 cup | Green peppers chopped |
7 oz. | Seashell macaroni, cooked |
2 | Large tomatoes, finely chopped |
1/2 cup | Olive oil |
3 Tbsp. | Wine vinegar |
1 Tbsp. | Oregano |
Directions
Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Then mix the first 7 ingredients together (through tomatoes) in a large bowl.
Combine the oil, vinegar, and oregano and pour over the above mixture.
Serve at room temperature.
