Orange Teriyaki Stir Fry
A super-easy Asian dish that starts with rotisserie chicken sliced into strips and quickly heated with stir-fry vegetables and crunchy water chestnuts tossed in a Teriyaki sauce.

2 cups | Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded or cut into strips |
---|---|
1, 8 oz. can | Sliced water chestnuts |
1, 16 oz. package | Frozen Asian medley vegetables, prepared according to package instructions |
4 cups | Prepared instant white rice, hot |
Add | Soy sauce or orange sauce |
Directions
Remove chicken from package and slice into strips. In a large skillet heat 2 Tbsp. of canola oil on medium heat.
Add chicken, water chestnuts and prepared vegetables, stir to combine and heat through.
Add 1-2 Tbsp. of soy or orange sauce and mix thoroughly.
Place 1 cup of rice on plate, top with chicken/vegetable mixture and serve.
