Open Faced Chicken Pizzawiches
A simple pizza-style, open-faced sandwich featuring rotisserie chicken, marinara, bell pepper and heaps of mozzarella cheese, melted together in the oven.

1 cup | Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded or diced |

1 | 6 inch hoagie roll, cut horizontally and toast lightly |
8 Tbsp. | Marinara sauce |
pinch | Red pepper flakes |
1/4 cup | Green bell pepper, sliced |
1/3 cup | Mozzarella cheese, shredded |
Directions
Place rolls on sheet pan, cut side up. Combine marinara with red pepper flakes and spread over rolls.
Arrange green pepper slices and chicken on bread.
Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake at 375° Fahrenheit for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.
