Mini Chicken Tender Soft Taco
A quick and easy recipe to assemble, these mini sized chicken soft tacos with explosive flavors make this dish a must have at your next gathering.

12 | Chicken tenders, from the deli |

12 | Miniature soft flour taco tortilla shells, warmed |
1/2 cup | Sour cream |
1 | Fresh lime juice |
3/4 cup | Mild chunky salsa |
1/2 cup | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup | Iceberg lettuce, shredded |
1/4 cup | Tomato, finely diced |
1/4 cup | Red onion, finely diced |
Directions
Lay each flour tortilla shell flat and place a deli chicken tender in the middle.
Mix sour cream, lime juice and salsa together in a large bowl and mix together until throughly mixed together. Top each tender with sauce.
Top each mini taco with equal portions of the cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion.
