Meatloaf Pizza

Tired of your normal pizza options? Try adding some meatloaf for a fun twist.


1 - 18oz.

Meatloaf, from the deli, sliced in 1/2 - inch slices


Large premade pizza crust

1/2 cup

Pizza Sauce

2 cups

Mozzarella, grated


Red bell pepper, sliced in rings


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Spread the sauce over the crust.

  3. Portion the meatloaf over the sauce so the meatloaf covers the entire crust except for the edge with the pieces touching each other.

  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the meatloaf.

  5. Evenly portion the bell pepper rings over the cheese.

  6. Bake in the oven for 12 - 14 minutes or until the cheese begins to brown slightly. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes prior to slicing and serving.
