Meatball Pizza Bites
Ingredients
10 | Meatballs, from the deli |

1, 12 oz. tube | Refrigerated flaky biscuits or thin crust tube refrigerated pizza crust |
5 slices | Mozzarella or provolone cheese |
6 oz. | Prepared pesto |
Add | Garlic powder |
Add | Italian spice blend |
Add | Shredded parmesan |
Add | Pizza sauce or marinara for dipping |
Directions
Heat meatballs according to package. Once cooled slightly, cut 10 meatballs in half to make 20.
Separate each layered biscuit in half and press flat or roll out pizza crust and with a glass press crust into 20 rounds.
Cut each cheese slice into 4 squares and place a square in the center of each round.
Place a meatball half on top of the cheese and dot with a little pesto.
Wrap the dough around the meatball and seal, placing each dough ball seam side down in a 9 inch round non-stick, ungreased, cake pan.
Sprinkle lightly with the garlic powder, Italian spice and top with desired amount of shredded Parmesan.
Bake in a preheated, 375° Fahrenheit oven, for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Serve with warmed pizza sauce/marinara sauce.
