Lemongrass & Thai Basil Chicken

Chicken tenders, from the deli, sliced

Lemongrass & Thai basil skillet sauce

3/4

Red bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup

Roasted cashews

9 oz

Microwave ready rice

Directions

  1. In a large skillet warm the skillet sauce and bell peppers together and simmer for 5 minutes.

  2. Add the chicken tenders, cashews, and rice and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and serve.
