Lemon and Herb Chicken and Rice
This skillet entrée will make you feel like a chef. This dinner dish looks and tastes gourmet but takes half the time!
Ingredients

2 lbs. | Baked chicken, from the deli |

1 | Lemon |
1/2 cup | Chicken broth |
1 cup | Rice, white |
1 tsp. | Oregano |
1 tsp. | Salt |
2 tsp. | Italian seasoning |
2 tsp. | Butter |
Directions
Mix herbs, lemon juice, and butter in small saucepan until melted.
Add rice to deep skillet. Add chicken broth. Bring to a boil until rice is cooked.
Then add the baked chicken breasts and pour lemon and herb mixture over the top.
Cook until warm, then serve.
