Kale Caesar with Boneless Wings
This classic dish can be served in minutes when you add boneless wings from the deli.
Ingredients

1 1/2 cup | Boneless wings, from the deli, quartered |
---|---|
1 large | Head of black kale, chopped |
1/2 cup | Croutons |
1/2 cup | Caesar dressing |
1/2 cup | Parmesan cheese |
Directions
In a large bowl, mix the kale, croutons, dressing, cheese, and chicken together and toss until the kale is completely coated.
Portion the salad on the four plates. Garnish with cracked black pepper and kosher salt.
