Italian Bird on a Bun

This quick and easy crispy Italian bird bun recipe is great for lunch, snack or even a quick weeknight dinner.



Chicken tenders, from the deli

1 cup

Marinara sauce


Kings Hawaiian Snacker Rolls

1 cup

Shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. Warm chicken tenders and marinara sauce separately.

  2. Place one chicken tender on the bottom half of each roll. Spread ¼ cup of marinara sauce on each sandwich.

  3. Sprinkle cheese over each half of the sandwiches. Toast on a baking sheet in pre-heated oven at 425° Fahrenheit for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  4. Place each top bun on sandwich and serve.
