Hammy Taco Dip

Ham layered with refried beans, creamy guacamole, smoky sour cream, fresh pico de gallo and crisp lettuce. This is a taco dip recipe that is sure to please.


1 lb.

Ham lunchmeat, from the deli, thick sliced

2 Tbsp.

Taco seasoning, prepared

1 cup

Sour cream

1 tsp.

Chipotle chili pepper, dry

1 16 oz. can

Refried beans, prepared

1 cup

Guacamole, prepared

1 cup

Pico de gallo, fresh

8 oz.

Shredded lettuce


  1. Mix the ham and taco seasoning in a bowl, set aside.

  2. Combine sour cream and chipotle pepper in a bowl, set aside.

  3. Layer on a serving platter beans, diced ham, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo and lettuce. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  4. Serve cold with tortilla chips.
