Hammy Taco Dip
Ham layered with refried beans, creamy guacamole, smoky sour cream, fresh pico de gallo and crisp lettuce. This is a taco dip recipe that is sure to please.

1 lb. | Ham lunchmeat, from the deli, thick sliced |
---|---|
2 Tbsp. | Taco seasoning, prepared |
1 cup | Sour cream |
1 tsp. | Chipotle chili pepper, dry |
1 16 oz. can | Refried beans, prepared |
1 cup | Guacamole, prepared |
1 cup | Pico de gallo, fresh |
8 oz. | Shredded lettuce |
Directions
Mix the ham and taco seasoning in a bowl, set aside.
Combine sour cream and chipotle pepper in a bowl, set aside.
Layer on a serving platter beans, diced ham, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo and lettuce. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve cold with tortilla chips.
