Crispy Italian Chicken Flatbread
This perfect, simple Italian recipe calls for crispy fried chicken sliced and layered between two pieces of olive-oil-toasted flatbread and topped with a fresh bruschetta.

8 | Chicken tenders, from the deli, sliced |

1/2 cup | Creamy Italian dressing |
1/4 cup | Parmesan cheese, grated |
Add | Salt and pepper to taste |
2 | Tomatoes, diced |
1 tsp. | Garlic, minced |
1/4 cup | Yellow onion, diced |
1 Tbsp. | Basil, chopped |
2 Tbsp. | Olive oil |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
In a small bowl; combine dressing, Parmesan cheese and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate.
In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, onion, basil, salt and pepper and 1 Tbsp. of olive oil to make the bruschetta.
Brush each piece of flat bread with remaining oil and lay on a wire rack, on a baking sheet. Toast the flatbread in the oven until warm.
On a clean work surface; spread each piece of flatbread with the cheese mixture.
Top four pieces of flatbread with chicken, bruschetta and the remaining toasted flatbread.
