Crispy Almond Chicken Bowl
Tender chunks of crispy boneless wings tossed in a garlic and green onion soy sauce and topped with toasted almonds, crunchy chow mein noodles and fresh cilantro. This chicken bowl recipe is a mealtime hit.

12 oz. | Boneless wings, from the deli |

2 Tbsp. | Olive oil |
1/2 | Red onion, diced |
1 1/2 cups | Broccoli, fresh |
1/2 | Red bell pepper, chopped |
1 1/2 cups | Bean sprouts, fresh |
2 Tbsp. | Garlic, minced |
1/2 cup | Green onion, sliced |
2/3 cup | Soy sauce |
1/4 cup | Chow mein noodles, fried |
2 Tbsp. | Cilantro, chopped |
2 Tbsp. | Almonds, toasted and sliced |
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat; add red onion and broccoli and cook for about 4-6 minutes. Add the red bell peppers and bean sprouts and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Then add the garlic and green onions and stir for 30 seconds before adding the soy sauce and the boneless chicken wings.
Lower to medium low heat and stir to coat the vegetables and chicken with the sauce.
Divide equally among 4 bowls. Top each with the toasted almonds, fried chow mein noodles and fresh cilantro.
