Chicken and Rice Soup

A soup recipe using fresh rotisserie chicken, veggies and rice. Just mix your base and blend it all together for a warm and tasty meal.



Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded

1, 10.5 oz. can

Cream of chicken soup

6 cups

Milk or water

1, 6 oz. box

Long grain rice

1 package

Frozen carrots or mixed vegetables, thawed


Cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)


  1. Cook rice according to package directions.

  2. Place soup, milk or water, cooked rice, carrots or mixed vegetables, and shredded chicken in a pot over medium heat until heated through.

  3. Top with shredded cheese (optional) and serve.
