Chicken Tender French Toast Sticks with Maple Butter

This tasty meal is the perfect blend of savory and sweet. Grab some deli chicken tenders and serve with your favorite French toast sticks and home made maple butter.



Chicken tenders, from the deli, sliced in half lengthwise and warm

2 Tbsp

Maple syrup

2 Tbsp

Salted butter, room temperature

2 tsp


1/4 tsp



French toast sticks, warm


  1. Heat the maple and butter together in a dish in the microwave for 10 seconds to start to melt the butter. Stir until the butter is melted, heating for a couple more seconds if necessary. Reserve.

  2. Mix the cinnamon with the sugar until fully combined. Reserve.

  3. Sprinkle a portion of the cinnamon sugar on to your serving plate.

  4. Brush each slice of chicken and each French toast stick with the maple butter. Put the remaining maple butter into a small dish. Sprinkle the remaining amount of cinnamon sugar on to the chicken and French toast sticks. Assemble on the serving plate and serve warm.
