2 | Cloves garlic, minced |
2 Tbsp. | Peeled cucumber, minced |
1 tsp. | Pepper |
1/2 tsp. | Garlic salt |
1/2 tsp. | Sumac (optional) |
1 Tbsp. | Fresh mint, chopped |
1 | Lemon, squeezed |
4 Tbsp. | Kosher dill pickles, chopped |

Directions
Place tenders on a baking sheet. Heat at 350º Fahrenheit degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, or until warmed through. Slice each tender into thin slices.
Meanwhile, whisk together the sauce ingredients: Greek yogurt, garlic, cucumber, pepper, garlic salt, sumac, mint, pickles, squeezed lemon.
Heat a 10” skillet or grill to hot, and toast both sides of each pita or naan bread.
Place a thinly sliced hot and spicy chicken tender down the center of one pita or naan. Drizzle with 1/4th of the sauce, and fold up bread bottom, then roll like a burrito.
Wrap the bottom of the Schwarma with foil for easy eating. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve warm or at room temperature.
