Chicken Ranch Pasta Salad
With its tender rotisserie chicken, colorful vegetables and variety of flavors, this tasty ranch pasta salad recipe makes a festive dish for any occasion.

1 | Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded |

2 cups | Penne pasta, cooked, drained and cooled |
1 | Medium zucchini, chipped |
1 | Medium yellow squash, chopped |
1 | Green bell pepper, chopped |
1 | Red bell pepper, chopped |
1/4 cup | Parmesan cheese, freshly grated |
3/4 cup | Ranch-style salad dressing |
Directions
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Then combine chicken, pasta, zucchini, squash and peppers together in large bowl.
Combine cheese and dressing in small bowl. Pour over chicken and pasta mixture. Toss to coat. Chill before serving.
Spoon salad onto lettuce leaves on individual serving plates. Serve with bakery rolls.
