Chicken Parmesan Hoagies

Marinara sauce, cheese and boneless wings are piled onto hearty hoagie rolls. A chicken Parmesan recipe never tasted so good!

Homestyle boneless wings, from the deli, warmed

Six-inch hoagie rolls, sliced in half horizontally

1 1/2 cup

Marinara sauce (or your favorite pasta sauce)

Slices of provolone cheese, cut in half

4 Tbsp.

Shredded Parmesan cheese

  1. Pre-heat oven broiler. Place rolls, cut side up, on baking sheet and lightly toast in broiler, about one minute.

  2. Take bottoms of rolls and spread 2 Tbsp. of marinara sauce. Place 4 chicken pieces on sauce and top with 2 more Tbsp. of sauce. Sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese then top with 2 half slices of provolone. Place bottom rolls in broiler for about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  3. Remove from oven, top with remaining roll halves and serve immediately.
