Chicken Flatbread Pizza

Change up a tired flatbread recipe with this shareable hand held meal. Combine boneless wings from with JOSE CUERVO® Classic lime margarita and TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce.


1/4 lb.

Boneless wings, from the deli

3/4 cup

JOSE CUERVO® Classic Lime Margarita, divided

1 Tbsp.

TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce

8 oz.

Cream cheese

1 Tbsp.

Lime zest


Ready-to-use 12 inch baked pizza crust, thin

3/4 cup

Salsa roja

1 Tbsp.


1/2 cup

Shredded pepper jack cheese

1/4 cup

Diced red onion

1 Tbsp.

Fresh cilantro, chopped


  1. Heat oven to 425° Fahrenheit

  2. Combine 1/4 cup JOSE CUERVO® Classic Lime Margarita, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 Tbsp. lime zest. Spread onto pizza crust.

  3. Top cream cheese mixture with pepper jack cheese.

  4. Puree 1/2 cup JOSE CUERVO® Classic Lime Margarita, salsa roja, chipotle pepper in adobo, adobo sauce and honey until smooth. Combine with Tyson chicken. Spread chicken evenly over crust.

  5. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  6. Top pizza with diced onion and cilantro.
