Chicken Corn and Black Bean Tacos
Boneless wings, from the deli
Flour tortillas, soft taco size
Corn and black bean salsa (or your favorite salsa)
Shredded Jack cheese
Ripe avocado, thinly sliced
Warm tortillas, wrapped in a damp paper towel, in the microwave for 25 seconds.
Lay four chicken pieces in the middle of a tortilla. Top with 2 Tbsp. of the salsa.
Sprinkle with cheese and lettuce and finish with two slices of avocado.
Wrap or fold the tortilla in half and serve.
