Chicken Club Dip
America’s favorite sandwich in the form of a crowd-friendly appetizer. This delicious dip calls for rotisserie chicken, sour cream, mayonnaise, Colby jack cheese, bacon bits, tomato and seasonings.
Ingredients

1 cup | Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded |
---|---|
1 cup | Light sour cream |
3/4 cup | Mayonnaise |
1 1/4 cups | Colby jack cheese, shredded |
1 cup | Bacon bits |
1 cup | Tomato, finely chopped |
1/2 tsp. | Onion powder |
1/4 tsp. | Salt |
Add | Pita chips for dipping |
Directions
Mix chicken, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1 cup cheese, 3/4 cup bacon, tomato, onion powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Before serving, garnish with remaining bacon and cheese.
