Busy Night Chicken Parmesan Casserole

A fast meal that is a go to recipe for those busy week nights. Chicken Parmesan casserole is simple, yet delicious when you use fresh popcorn chicken from the deli.


2 cups

Popcorn chicken, from the deli

3 cups

Pasta, cooked

1, 24 oz. can

Spaghetti sauce

2 cups

Shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup

Grated parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit. Prepare pasta per direction on packaging.

  2. Reheat popcorn chicken.

  3. In a 9"x13" pan, stir together cooked pasta, popcorn chicken, spaghetti sauce, and shredded mozzarella.

  4. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese.

  5. Cover with foil and bake until cheese is bubbly, usually about 30 minutes.
