Buffalo Meatballs

These tangy buffalo meatballs will have your guests thinking you spent hours in the kitchen. Top them off with blue cheese crumbles!

Meatballs, from the deli

1 cup

Hot pepper sauce

1 cup

Blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing

1/2 cup

Blue cheese crumbles


  1. In a saucepan mix all the ingredients, except the meatballs, until combined.

  2. On medium heat warm the sauce and add the meatballs until bubbling. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes.

  3. Serve with crackers and celery.
