Buffalo Chicken Pillows
Crescent rolls form a tender pillow of pastry around diced, rotisserie chicken in a buffalo spiced cheese filling to complete this recipe. It's fun for a snack and delicious for a party!

1 cup | Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, diced |

1, 8 oz. can | Crescent rolls |
1/4 cup | Hot sauce |
1/4 cup | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
3 Tbsp. | Cream cheese, room temperature |
Add | Ranch dressing, for dipping |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit. Divide crescent rolls into 4 rectangles and press together the perforations to seal.
Run a knife through the chicken to make it more finely diced. In a bowl, mix together the chicken, hot sauce and cheeses until thoroughly combined.
On a baking sheet place each pastry rectangle. Scoop a heaping Tbsp. of the mixture and place in the center of the pastry. Fold over to form a square and with a fork, pinch all of the edges together to completely seal.
Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
