Bourbon Boneless BBQ Wing Wrap
Boneless wings, from the deli, warmed
Medium sweet onion, sliced
Blue cheese, crumbled
In a medium saute pan, heat the butter over medium heat until melted. Add the sliced onions, salt and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes. Just prior to the end of cooking, add the 1 Tbsp. bourbon. Continue to cook until the bourbon evaporates. Keep warm.
- Mix together the BBQ sauce with the bourbon. Pour into a medium size bowl.
- Toss the boneless wings with the bourbon BBQ sauce.
- Assemble the wraps by portioning out the wings then topping them with the onions, blue cheese and cilantro. Wrap and serve warm.
