Baked Sweet Potatoes & Boneless Wings
Comfort food is only a few steps away. Delicious baked sweet potatoes topped with boneless wings coated in a sweet cinnamon and sugar sauce is a sure way to make the whole family happy.

8 | Boneless wings, from the deli, sliced in half |

4 large | Sweet potatoes |
1/4 cup | Sour cream |
1/4 tsp | Salt |
1/4 tsp | Cinnamon |
1 Tbsp | Maple syrup |
1/4 cup | Green onions, sliced thin |
1/4 cup | Honey glazed pecans |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Wrap the sweet potatoes individually in foil. Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
In a bowl, mix the sour cream, salt, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Reserve.
Unwrap the sweet potatoes from the foil and slice through the middle, opening up the insides.
Pour the sour cream evenly on the four potatoes. Garnish them with the boneless wings, pecans and green onions. Serve warm.
