Asian Chicken Noodle Bowl
A delicious Asian-inspired recipe for the family packed with boneless wings, angel hair noodles, spinach and garlic.

1 lb. | Boneless wings, from the deli |

3, 14 oz. cans | Chicken broth |
1/4 tsp. | Pepper |
1/8 tsp. | Salt |
2 tsp. | Vegetable oil |
2 | Cloves garlic, minced |
2 Tbsp. | Soy sauce |
8 oz. | Dry angel hair pasta |
1, 5 oz. bag | Baby spinach |
Directions
Reheat chicken in a 350° Fahrenheit oven until hot or warm in microwave on high 2-3 minutes.
Heat oil in a 2-quart stock pot over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, cook, stirring 1 minute. Add the broth, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
Add the pasta. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, or until the pasta is tender. Stir in the spinach until just wilted.
Pour noodle mixture into a large serving bowl. Top with chicken.
Ladle individual servings into deep bowls and top with the chicken and thinly sliced green onions.
