Asian Chicken Noodle Bowl
Boneless wings, from the deli
|3, 14 oz. cans|
Cloves garlic, minced
Dry angel hair pasta
|1, 5 oz. bag|
Reheat chicken in a 350° Fahrenheit oven until hot or warm in microwave on high 2-3 minutes.
Heat oil in a 2-quart stock pot over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, cook, stirring 1 minute. Add the broth, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
Add the pasta. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, or until the pasta is tender. Stir in the spinach until just wilted.
Pour noodle mixture into a large serving bowl. Top with chicken.
Ladle individual servings into deep bowls and top with the chicken and thinly sliced green onions.
