Apple, Brie, Walnut & Rotisserie Chicken Flatbread

This recipe is sure to be a mealtime favorite with rotisserie chicken, creamy brie cheese, sliced apples and toasted walnuts on a crispy flatbread.



Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded

1 package

Ready made pizza dough

1 Tbsp.

Olive oil

8 slices

Brie cheese


Apple, thinly sliced

1/2 cup



  1. Pre-heat oven to 400° Fahrenheit.

  2. Roll out the dough to desired thickness and slice into two rectangular pieces.

  3. Place on a cornmeal dusted cookie sheet and brush each piece lightly with olive oil.

  4. Layer the cheese, chicken, apples and walnuts on top of the dough.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is crispy and brown.
