American Harvest Salad
Apples, walnuts, cranberries and romaine lettuce are joined by smoky bacon and rotisserie chicken in a balsamic vinaigrette to complete this recipe.

1 | Rotisserie chicken, from the deli, shredded |

12 | Slices smoked bacon, uncooked |
1 1/4 cup | Balsamic vinaigrette, prepared |
1/2 cup | Honey |
18 oz. | Romaine lettuce blend |
2 | Granny Smith apples, diced |
1/2 cup | Bleu cheese, crumbled |
1/2 cup | Walnuts, toasted, chopped |
3 Tbsp. | Cranberries, dried |
1 Tbsp. | Lemon juice |
Directions
Dice the apples and toss with lemon juice. Cook bacon until crisp according to package directions. Crumble and set aside.
Combine the balsamic vinaigrette and the honey in a large bowl. Toss with the apples, chicken, bacon, blue cheese, walnuts and cranberries. Divide lettuce between 6 plates.
Top with chicken mixture and serve.
